We highly recommend checking out the Walker Art Center! It’s one of the best contemporary art museums in the country and a great spot to explore. Right next door is the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden if you’re looking to get outside.
Here’s a link to get tickets through their website. Students with IDs get a discount!
If you’re up for a chill afternoon, check out Texa-Tonka Lanes! It’s a classic, no-frills bowling alley that has a laid back vibe, food, and drinks. It’s usually pretty easy to get a lane, but you might want to call ahead just in case!
The Mall of America is the biggest mall in the Western Hemisphere! It is four stories, has hundreds of stores and most importantly, it has a roller coaster in the mall which is pretty cool.
Minnehaha Falls is more than just a goofy name, it is a great place to take a walk, spend sometime outside, or go for a swim (not legally, but still probably fun).
Personal recommendation from Cathy Santini. Is a great place for people with kids. There is a sick climbing area. Allie and Nico have never been but it looks cool!!
